The SuperQuad Racing Promise
We believe SuperQuad Racing provides the highest quality spare parts for your RST Racing Quad with the most efficient and lightweight designs combined with strong and light materials. SuperQuad Racing will do everything to serve you to have your spare parts in time and to achieve the best results during races! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, please contact sqr@soudaweld.com and we will contact you within 48 hours.
Return Policy
Subject to compliance with the conditions under clause 14 “Your Consumer Right to Withdrawal” and/or clause 15 “Conformity of the Products” of the Terms and Conditions, you can decide to return an order in accordance with our Return Policy.
How to Return
Should you decide to return an order please follow the steps as explained:
STEP 1:Contact our Customer Service through the contact form on our Site.
STEP 2: Please mention your name, order number, email address and the reason for returning the Product(s).
STEP 3: Our Customer Service has now been notified and will be in touch.
STEP 4: Return the Products as instructed in clause “Returns Instructions” or as otherwise indicated by our Customer Service department
We recommend that you return your items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our Returns Department.
STEP 5: On receipt of the returned Products we will give you a replacement or refund of the amount paid for the Products (as agreed between you and our Customer Service). Replacements will be sent out immediately. Refunds could take up to 20 working days although it will be actioned immediately.
We do not refund the original delivery charges unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied. Please note that postage or other return costs will be your responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied Products.
Returns Instructions
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all return paperwork, parts, and accessories. All promotional offers must be returned in their entirety. All returned items are inspected before a refund is made and must be returned in original condition, to ensure applicable credit.

As soon as we have received your return, we will notify you by email and proceed with the return check and validation. Once it has been approved, you can expect your refund in accordance with clause “Refund after returns” hereafter.
Refund after returns
Where you are entitled to a refund, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. As soon as we proceed with the refund, we will notify you by email.
Your refund should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days from receipt of the item(s) by us but please allow up to 20 business days to receive the funds. Refund times are dictated by the issuing bank, credit card or payment provider (e.g. PayPal) and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information. Note that refund process will only start when the Product is received at our Customer Service. We cannot process a refund if at the same time you have requested a charge back from your credit card company, your bank or your payment provider. This is required to avoid any fraud.
If an item is returned that does not comply with this Return Policy, we will send the item back to you and not refund you.
